Jody has been a personal trainer at
Rhonda's Fitness Center for over 12 years.  
Her fitness background includes: Certified
Exercise Science Alliance for 13 years'
Certified in Pilate and Certified in CPR.

Jody specializes in working with people
progressing in age and clients with knee
issues.

When asked why she became a personal
trainer, her response was, "I love helping
people get healthy and giving them the
tools to stay that way."

Her philosophy towards fitness  is: "Let's
take care of ourselves in mind and body, so
our children won't have to take care of us."

Her hobbies are snow skiing and working in
her garden.
