Mission Statement
I believe I offer a new level of service that is very much like
quality that counts. We have not membership cards –
nobody’s just a number—and we have no long-term
contracts to tie you to something that you may not like. I for
many of our clients, especially those who have never tried
this kind of program or ever used this kind of equipment.

For me and the people I hire it is really important to keep an
open mind about our clients and their individual needs. We
know our place in the fitness chain: we are the motivator.
We’re no physiologists, sports scientists or physical
therapists. We’re the motivator, the cheerleaders, and that’s
important because fitness is really from the chin up. Fitness
has to be fun and this has to be a place free from judgment
and competition. We’re here to encourage people in a family-
like setting. I believe that if I can treat people the way I enjoy
being treated, they will be happy and that means they will
enjoy working out and be healthier because of it. That’s the
biggest plus I offer.

  • Stretch the muscle
  • Fitness needs to be short and sweet
  • Weight resistance is the most important
  • Full body exercise is most productive
  • Posture perfect
  • The key to this exercise routine is based on time not weight
  • You want to spend no more than 40min total time exercising that includes stretching
    and light cardio

  • Increase water until your urine is clear
  • Eat small portions and your stomach will shrink
  • Fiber foods are the key to fat loss
  •  Don’t eat 2 hours before you go to bed.
  • Veggies, fruit, nut’s seeds are the best snack you can eat
  • The only way you will ever loose the fat is with exercise
