Everyone at Rhonda's has years of experience in the personal training industry. We pride ourselves on being able to provide our clients with effective and safe programs that help you to be your best self.
We understand there is no "one-size-fits-all" fitness program. We create a training program tailored specifically to you based on your needs, abilities and goals. We listen, we guide, we motivate and we give you undivided attention.
We're more than trainers and clients. We take the time to get to know you on an individual level and we truly are like family.
Rhonda has been diagnosed with Stage I, grade 3 breast cancer. If you know Rhonda, you know she helps everyone and anyone she can. We are doing everything we can to support her!
