 One of the best gyms in Fresno is Rhonda's Fitness on Bullard near First St.  This small gym welcomes members from young adults through patrons in their nineties. There are individual trainers who work with clients as well as classes for seniors and for cancer survivors. You are always welcomed with a greeting and a smile and can ask for help with the many available machines or schedules. There are chair classes for seniors and for yoga which accommodate the less able or beginners. The prices are reasonable with several options. Come join us to renew your health and fitness in this comfortable environment. Prices are reasonable and the cancer survivor class is free. Call (559) 431-3600 for information and a tour.

I knew my doctor would not like the results of my blood test, so before she could prescribe medication to bring the numbers down, I went to RhoFit and had Rhonda sign me up for a weekly session with a trainer. This satisfied the doctor at that point. I went to my training sessions and went walking in the neighborhood at home on days when I did not see my trainer. In four months, my cholesterol and A1C (blood sugar) and blood pressure were down. My doctor was delighted as was I. I am continuing with the program. If I had better control of my diet I would have lost more than 10 pounds, but I am still working on it
